Context
In a regulated banking environment, analytics teams had to improve decision support in the present while also preparing reporting platforms for future modernization. Legacy reporting processes were harder to scale, and the organization needed stronger governance, better operating discipline, and clearer migration readiness.
What I led
- Contributed to enterprise reporting transformation aligned to future Snowflake and Databricks-ready architecture
- Modernized reporting delivery using Tableau, Python, and Cloudera-based workflows
- Directed cross-functional work spanning Personal Banking, Wealth, Risk, and Technology teams
- Redesigned analytics programs and scorecards used for executive decision support
Example outcomes
- Built and implemented a retail fee waiver optimization model that delivered approximately $500K in annual savings
- Reworked estates analytics support that helped inform approval for a $50M operations transformation
Why it mattered
This work reduced immediate reporting friction while also lowering future migration complexity. The through-line was governance and operating clarity: improve the current system, but do it in a way that makes the next modernization step easier rather than harder.
