Executive Reporting / Crisis Response

COVID executive reporting war room

Led a rapid-response analytics initiative for TD Personal Banking at the start of COVID lockdowns, creating executive reporting that consolidated fragmented inputs into a single decision-support view for crisis leadership.

Crisis response

Ready

72h

Executive reporting mobilized in days, not months, for leadership visibility during lockdown disruption.

Context

At the start of COVID lockdowns, Personal Banking leadership needed immediate visibility into business impacts across products, customers, and operations. The problem was not just urgency. No consolidated reporting existed, and the data required to produce it sat across multiple teams.

What I led

  • Mobilized a rapid-response analytics effort with a 72-hour delivery window
  • Coordinated data inputs across 7 Personal Banking product teams
  • Designed the executive reporting structure for crisis decision-making
  • Established a daily refresh and operating process to keep reporting current

Why this was different

This was not a standard reporting project. It required execution under crisis conditions, fast cross-team alignment, and the ability to turn fragmented operational data into a format senior leadership could trust immediately.

Outcome

The result was executive reporting used by C-level Personal Banking leadership during the COVID disruption period. It demonstrated execution speed, operating discipline, and the ability to create decision tools quickly in ambiguous conditions.

Impact Lens

Mobilized reporting delivery within 72 hours, aligned data inputs across 7 product teams, and provided C-level leadership with daily operational visibility during a high-volatility period.

Why It Matters

Each case is framed as systems work: what changed in the platform, governance model, and delivery cadence, not only what shipped.

Executive Readout

  • Platform strategy grounded in architecture depth and operating model design
  • AI readiness built on governance, quality, and reusable data foundations
  • Customer intelligence and decision systems tied to measurable business outcomes
